Q. What are your minimum hours of service?

It varies but the minimum is atleast 2 hours.

Q. Does the same caregiver work each visit?

Yes, unless there is an emergency.

Q. How do you screen your workers?

We ensure all our staff maintain up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations and immunizations, complete police background checks and TB testing, and have at least one year of experience in Personal Support Work or Nursing. In addition, they are certified in CPR administration and undergo mask fit testing to ensure the highest standards of safety and care.
